通院メモ20230620 - My Actifit Report Card: June 20 2023

The picture is a beautiful flower that was blooming at a house near the mental clinic.

Today was a day for visiting the internal medicine and mental health clinic.

First, I went to the internal medicine clinic and had my urine and blood drawn as usual.
HbA1c 7.1
I was told that the diabetes medication seems to be working.

Also, I had lost 3 kg of weight. The doctor told me that my weight loss was a little too fast.
Come to think of it, my arms were much thinner and my pants were much bulkier.

Then I went to a mental clinic. There I lamented that I could not eat watermelon because it was too expensive. But I also told them that I had painted a lot of pictures, so I was doing okay.

I also told them that on the morning of the first day of the exhibition, I get diarrhea due to nervousness, so they gave me some medicine to suppress it.

But I am glad to see that my HbA1c is coming down.

写真はメンタルクリニックの近くの家に咲いていたきれいな花です。

今日は内科とメンタルクリニックの通院日でした。

まずは内科へ行って、いつものように採尿、採血をしました。
HbA1c 7.1
糖尿病の薬が効いてきたみたいだと言われました。

あと体重が3kgも減っていました。先生にちょっと減量のスピードが速すぎると言われました。
そういえば腕も随分細くなったし、ズボンもぶかぶかになりました。

そしてメンタルクリニックへ行きました。そこではすいかが高くて食べられないと嘆きました。でも絵はいっぱい描いたのでまあまあ元気だとも伝えました。

あと個展の初日の朝に緊張のあまり下痢をしてしまうのでそれを抑える薬も出してもらいました。

でもHbA1cが下がってきていてよかったです。
