通院メモ20230822 - My Actifit Report Card: August 22 2023

Today was the day of my internal medicine and psychiatry visits.
I was quite tired from cleaning up the house every day, but I did my best to get on the bus and go.

I started with the internal medicine department. There were about four other patients. Since it is a small clinic, this still seems like a lot. My turn came soon, and I had my urine and blood drawn.

HbA1c 6.9

Finally, it was below 7. The doctor said I had done well. I also lost 0.5 kg in weight. He told me to keep up the good work.

Then, at the psychiatry department, I had a medical examination and casework. I told the doctor that I had a hard time tidying up and that I didn't want to throw away my paintings as much as possible. Then, in the casework, we decided on a date to complete the cleanup.

I am tired today, so I will take a good rest and try to clean up again tomorrow.

写真はクリニック近くにある前田珈琲本店です。メニューが豊富な店です。

今日は内科と精神科の通院日でした。
連日家の片付けをしているのでかなり疲れていましたが、頑張ってバスに乗って行きました。

まずは内科からです。患者さんは他に4人くらいいました。小さいクリニックなので、これでも多く見えます。すぐに順番がきて、採尿、採血をしました。

ついに7を切りました。先生もよく頑張ったと言ってくれました。それから体重も0.5kg減りました。この調子で頑張りなさいと言われました。

そして精神科では診察とケースワークがありました。診察は片付けがしんどいということと、絵はなるべく捨てたくないということを言いました。そしてケースワークで片付けを完了する日を決めました。

今日は疲れたのでゆっくり休んで、明日からまた片付けを頑張ろうと思います。
