The photo shows a coffee shop called VELOCE and ONLY WOMEN located along Karasuma Dori. A custom-made suit starting at 38,000 yen may not be so expensive.

Today was the day of the psychiatrist's visit. I got on the bus, somewhat tired from cleaning up the day after day, stopped by the bank, drank some iced rooibos mint tea at VELOCE to kill some time, and then went to the clinic.

And then the medical examination. I told them that my private exhibition had been canceled and that I was having a hard time tidying up and taking a nap. Then the doctor said, "The reason why you have a hard time cleaning up is because you don't like to clean up first, and then you can't throw things away! If you don't get rid of this stuff, you'll never make it in time! He strongly told me, "If you don't get rid of this stuff, you won't make it in time! He told me that people who can't throw things away are getting a lot of attention in psychiatric circles. I could not say anything. There was no change in the prescription of medication.

Then we did casework. It was still about tidying up. The caseworker helped me to set up the cleanup and even taught me how to find a waste collection company using the computer at the day care.
She also told me to clean up in front of the entrance and to go to Daiso or something and buy regular large garbage bags since the Kyoto City designated garbage bags are expensive.

I'm going to start cleaning up again tomorrow!

写真は烏丸通沿いにある喫茶店VELOCE とONLY WOMENという店です。オーダーメイドのスーツ38000円からとはそんなに高くないかも。

今日は精神科の受診日でした。連日の片付けでややお疲れモードのままバスに乗って、銀行に立ち寄って、VELOCEでアイスルイボスミントティーを飲んで時間を潰してからクリニックへ行きました。

そして診察です。個展がキャンセルになったことと、片付けがしんどくて昼寝してしまうことを言いました。そしたら先生から「あなたが片付けしんどくなるのは、まず片付けが嫌いなこと、それからものを捨てられないこと！もうこんなの、どんどん捨てないと間に合わないよ！」と強く言われました。なんでもものを捨てられない人というのは、精神医学界で注目されているんだそうです。私は何も言えませんでした。薬の処方に変更はありませんでした。

それからケースワークをしました。やはり片付けのことでした。ケースワーカーさんが片付けの段取りを考えてくれて、不用品回収業者の探し方までデイケアにあるパソコンを使って教えてくれました。
そして玄関前をきれいにしておくようにということと、京都市指定のゴミ袋は高くつくので普通の大きなゴミ袋をダイソーとかに行って買っておいてと言われました。

さあ明日からまた片付け頑張るぞー！
