The photo is a narrow alley I found near the center of Kyoto.

This week, I have a hospital visit today and tomorrow and a home nursing visit the day after tomorrow.

Today was the day of the internal medicine clinic visit, and despite the Covid epidemic, about 80% of the passengers on the bus on the way there did not wear masks. Of course I was wearing a mask, but I wonder how well it would protect me.

After arriving at the internal medicine clinic, I had my urine and blood drawn and was examined.

HbA1c 6.8

The number is going down little by little. That was good. My weight had also decreased by 1 kg.
However, the doctor told me that I need to reduce it a little more.
I will do my best.

今週は今日と明日が通院、明後日が訪問看護と、なかなか落ち着かない日々ですが頑張ってやるべきことをやります。

今日は内科の通院日でした。Covidが流行っているにも関わらず行きのバスの乗客の約8割はマスクせず。私はもちろんマスクをしていましたが、どこまで防御できるやら。

さて内科に到着してまずは採尿、採血して診察です。

HbA1c 6.8

少しずつ数値が下がっています。よかったです。それから体重も1kg減っていました。
でも先生からはもう少し減らさないといけないなあと言われました。
頑張りたいと思います。
