今日も寒くて布団からなかなか出られずに苦しみながら、やっとの思いで出かける支度をし、バスに乗り込みました。

まずは内科から行きました。服をまるまる着込んでいたので採血に苦労しました。

HbA1c 6.3

先生にはとてもいい感じだと褒められました。体重は変化ありませんでした。まあ、私はもう甘いものと言えばみかんしか食べていませんから。

そして精神科では診察とケースワークがありました。相変わらず掃除がしんどいこと、でも新しい家での生活が少し楽しみになってきたこと、そのためにも早く物件を見つけたいことを言いました。

とりあえず2日間にわたる通院を終えて今はほっとしています。明日は掃除です。

Suffering from the cold and difficulty getting out of my futon today, I finally prepared to go out and boarded the bus.

I started with the internal medicine department. I was fully clothed, so I had a hard time getting my blood drawn.

The doctor complimented me on feeling very good. My weight was unchanged. Well, I only eat oranges anymore when it comes to sweets.

And at the psychiatrist's office, there was a medical examination and casework. I told them that I was still having a hard time cleaning, but that I was starting to look forward to living in my new house a bit, and that I wanted to find a place soon for that purpose.

At any rate, I am now relieved after two days of hospital visits. Tomorrow is cleaning day.
