My Actifit Report Card: January 9 2024

Today was my first day of hospital visits this year 2024.
I went to internal medicine and psychiatry.
However, I missed the bus at the beginning of the New Year.
Banks and bookstores that would not have opened for business yet if the buses were running at the usual time had already started operating.

I tried my best to hurry up, but when I arrived at the internist's office, there were already five people waiting for their turn.
In addition, I was in a hurry because I could not easily find my health insurance card.
However, I managed to get my urine and blood drawn and went to see the doctor.
HbA1c 6.4
The doctor told me that my HbA1c was stable.
But my weight had increased by 1kg. I was so frustrated.

Then I went to the psychiatrist.
First there was a medical examination.
The doctor asked me, "Why do you hate cleaning up so much?" I answered, "Because it's a hassle. Then he asked me again, "Don't you mind if there is garbage all over the place?" I answered, "It doesn't bother me at all.
The doctor laughed at me when I said, "I haven't had a big space in my room since I cleaned it, so it was cold.

After the consultation, it was casework.
I confirmed that I had decided on a moving company, that I had asked a collection agency to take my yard waste, and the dates and times for various procedures.
The day after tomorrow, on Thursday, the caseworker will be here with a visiting nurse.

But I thought to myself, "I have to clean up properly when I move into my new house.

今日は、今年2024年の最初の通院日でした。
内科と精神科に行ってきました。
ところが新年早々バスに乗り遅れてしまいました。
いつもの時刻のバスならまだ営業を始めていない銀行や書店も、既に営業を始めていました。

頑張って急いでみたものの、内科に着くと既に5人順番待ちをしていました。
おまけに、健康保険証がなかなか見つからず焦りました。
でもなんとか採尿と採血をして、診察に行きました。
HbA1c 6.4
先生は、安定していますねと言ってくれました。
でも体重が1kg増えていました。悔しいです。

そして精神科へ行きました。
まず診察がありました。
先生が「あなたがそんなに片付けが嫌なのは何故なの？」と聞かれたので「面倒くさいから」と答えました。そしたらさらに「ゴミが散らかってても気にならないの？」と聞かれたので「全然気になりません」と答えました。
そして「掃除して久しぶりに部屋に大きな空間ができたから、寒かったです」と言ったら先生に笑われました。

診察の後はケースワークでした。
引っ越し業者を決めたことや、庭のゴミを回収業者に頼んで持っていってもらったこと、色々な手続きの日時の確認をしました。
明後日木曜日にケースワーカーさんが訪問看護師さんと一緒にこられます。

でも新しい家に引っ越したらきちんと掃除しなきゃなあと思いました。
