This new season is presenting us with many incredible signings. No club wants to be left behind especially in the premier league where the top tier clubs intend on remaining at the very top in order to stay relevant and compete for titles. These new signings therefore have a responsibility of making a good impression within their first weeks of the game in order to gain recognition. I am personally excited about the following players who I believe would make a great impact.

ERLING HAALAND

Arguably one of the best strikers in the world, this youngster has proven beyond reasonable doubt why he is cherished and loved by many football fans across the world. His goal scoring record for both club and country are quite outstanding. And he seems to also thrive on big occasions like the Champions League even in teams like Leipzig and Dortmund. I think in a creative team like Man City, he will be able to convert many chances and score lots of goals.

DARWIN NUNEZ

Another exciting young prospect in this window was the Benfica star who impressed everyone in the champions league campaign. It has become a tradition that Benfica always sells their top players during this window but Liverpool certainly did great business. He is not just a traditional striker but also likes to help in the build up process. I think he will grab both assists and goals this coming season.

GABRIEL JESUS

Gabriel Jesus to Arsenal has been the main headline for the gunners these past few weeks. He is a young player with an incredible work ethic who is always ready for a fight. I believe he was a strong part of the reason Man City were able to lift the premier league title yet again due to his goal contribution and some defensive acumens. I would love to see what he can do under Mikel Arteta.

RICHARLISON

Here is another Brazilian forward who was linked to numerous clubs during the transfer window and finally, he decided to side with Antonio Conte's Tottenham side. I loved the way he helped his team, Everton against relegation by scoring on important occasions. I think Conte has signed a fighter who is going to help him challenge for every trophy he can get.

KALVIN PHILLIPS

Kalvin has surprised a lot of people with this particular move looking at how valued he was back at Leeds, he was even their captain. I think this natural born leadership along with his desire to win is what drove City to sign him as Fernandinho's replacement. I saw the way he helped England during the Euros and I refuse to believe that they are simply signing a shadow for Rodri. I think we are in for a treat.

I am particularly excited for Haaland m, Nunez and Jesus. I feel all three players would prove instrumental for their respective teams. Richarlison would slot in well at Tottenham because he plays their kind of football. He would be deployed from the flanks.
