Among many sports, my favorite is crouching, which is called "King of Strength", especially crouching with heavy load. In the past, when I squatted heavily, I always chose the time in the afternoon. In fact, I should choose in the morning.

Morning is the best time for all kinds of sports, among which running is the most suitable time in the morning. Of course, for "anaerobic exercise" squats, the morning is also applicable, and very suitable.

In the morning, we can spend a very small part of our time doing heavy squats, because heavy squats really don't take up too much of your time and space. But by squatting heavily, you can become more energetic in a short time, which is more conducive to opening a new day.

Today, I used SportsTube for the first time, because I was more original in my search for content, so I released my first sports video by squatting heavily.

In addition, I would like to tell you through my own actual situation, heavy squatting really can make you strong and powerful in a short time, help you shape. I only spent more than two weeks on my own. My abdominal muscles have been exercised, which is beyond the comparison of push-ups.

In 2018, I spent more than three months doing hundreds to 1000 push-ups a day, but I didn't exercise the abdominal muscles and biceps brachii. But by squatting heavily, it worked in just over two weeks, and more importantly, I became very energetic.

我今天起的很早,我想利用更多的时间为了生活不断努力,为了健康强壮的身体多做一些体育运动。

在很多的体育运动当中,我比较钟爱的是号称“力量之王”的深蹲运动,特别是深蹲运动中的“负重深蹲”。以往我进行负重深蹲的时候,总会把时间选择在下午,其实我更应该选择在早晨。

早晨,是进行各项体育运动的最佳时段,其中跑步是最适合在早晨进行的。当然,对于“无氧运动”深蹲来说,早晨也同样适用,而且非常适合。

在早晨的时候,我们可以花很少一部分的时间来进行负重深蹲运动,因为负重深蹲真的不会占用你太多的时间以及空间。但是,通过负重深蹲,却可以在短时间内让你变得更加精神,这样更有助于开启新的一天。

今天我第一次使用SportsTube,因为我比较寻求内容的原创性,所以我自己通过进行负重深蹲来发布我的第一个体育类视频。

另外我也想通过我自己的实际情况来告诉你,负重深蹲真的可以在短时间内让你变得强壮有力,帮你塑形。我自己只花了两个多星期,我的腹肌已经锻炼出来,这是俯卧撑所不能比拟的。

在2018年,我用了三个多月的时间,每日进行几百到一千多的俯卧撑运动,但是我并没有锻炼出腹肌以及肱二头肌。但是通过负重深蹲,在短短的两个多星期里就见成效了,更重要的是我变得很有精神。
