I met a good friend after a long time and had a simple and enjoyable dinner near Maebong Station.
I didn't know when I was eating and drinking, but when I looked at the picture the next day, it was a night where the calories exploded.
먹고 마시는 즐거움은 포기할 수 없어!
오랜만에 반가운 분을 만나 매봉역 인근에서 조촐하게 즐거운 저녁식사를 했습니다. 화이팅 넘치게 한잔 말았다는 그 말이지요.
즐겁게 부어라 마셔라 할 땐 몰랐지만 이튿날 사진을 보니 칼로리가 폭발하는 밤이었네요.
To fully enjoy the night, we went for chicken and bear for second round. As I get older and my metabolic rate drops, I should eat in moderation, but the amount I eat only increases on the contrary.
1차로 끝내기 아쉬워, 2차 치맥 마무리. 나이가 들어서 신진대사율이 떨어지면 적당히 먹어야 할텐데 위만 늘었는지 먹는 양은 반대로 늘어만 갑니다. ㅠ

Eating less is obviously the first step to managing your health... but if you can't give up the pleasure of eating, let's bulk up!
By the way, if you mix Qingtao beer with Yantai Kaoliang, it tastes like pineapple. lol
It goes down well, and if you drink as much as you want, it's easy to walk out of the restaurant with bear steps, so be careful.
