Once again, the route was close to home, so I wore comfortable clothes suitable for the occasion, grabbed a cap and my water bottle, as the sun was quite intense, so it's best to be prepared. This whole process is serving as therapy not only for my body but also for my mind.

I went for a walk to get rid of negative thoughts. Sometimes, everyday issues become obstacles and disturb our peace of mind. In that case, it's best to go outside, breathe fresh air, and look at a different landscape. Nature has the power to convey peace. I enjoy being in contact with trees, the cool breeze, and the singing of birds.

With every step I take, I am conscious of how transformative it is. I am focusing on achieving a healthier lifestyle, leaving behind a sedentary lifestyle, and becoming increasingly active. I hope that in the coming days I will be able to visit the beach and return to the activities I enjoyed before the accident.

My leg is responding quite well, but I don't want to push it too hard, because even if I try, it doesn't keep up with the other one. So I try to walk slowly, relaxing and observing the landscape. I also don't want to have permanent pain that prevents me from performing my duties. My recovery is progressing, and the best thing is that I feel optimistic about the whole process.

Nuevamente el recorrido fue cerca de casa, así que usé ropa cómoda y adecuada para la ocasión, busqué una gorra y mi termo de agua, pues el sol estaba un poco intenso, por eso, es mejor estar preparados. Todo este proceso me está sirviendo como terapia no solo para el cuerpo sino también para la mente.

Fui a caminar para alejar los pensamientos negativos, a veces, los asuntos habituales se instalan como obstáculos y perturban la tranquilidad, ante ese escenario es mejor salir, respirar aire puro y mirar otro panorama. La naturaleza tiene ese poder de transmitir paz, el contacto con los árboles, la brisa fresca y el canto de los pájaros son cosas que disfruto.

Al dar cada paso lo hago consiente de lo transformador que es, me estoy enfocando en lograr una vida más saludable, dejar atrás el sedentarismo y volverme cada vez más activa. Espero que en los próximos días puede visitar la playa y volver a esas actividades que realizaba antes del accidente.

La pierna me está respondiendo bastante bien, tampoco la quiero forzar demasiado, pues aunque lo intente no va al ritmo de la otra. Así que trato de caminar sin prisa, relajándome y observando el paisaje. Tampoco quiero tener dolor permanente que me impida cumplir con mis funciones. La recuperación va progresando y lo mejor es que me siento optimista en todo este proceso.
