Actifit, After several days without training, due to time issues after starting university again, I took advantage of this Easter vacation to organize myself with my new friend and have time to train and other activities that I like to do, in that case I took advantage of going to the park since I had plenty of time to see how I continued with my statics.
Me sentía muy pesado la verdad, pero eso no era excusa para no intentarlo, los trucos salieron un poco sucios, no muy limpios la verdad. Pero me organicé lo mejor posible para tener el tiempo suficiente para entrenar y seguir trayéndoles contenido con muchos ánimos.
I honestly felt very heavy, but that was no excuse for not trying, the tricks came out a little dirty, not very clean to be honest. But I organized myself as best as possible to have enough time to train and continue bringing you content with lots of encouragement.

Entrenar estando en la uni no es fácil, mucho ánimo con ambas cosas, es difícil pero se puede. Además el ejercicio será una forma de liberar estrés y cargarte de energía. 💪🏼
