, Hoy el entrenamiento de plancha fue algo más ligero, enfocándome en la propiocepción y el control del cuerpo. No trabajé con ejercicios muy fuertes, sino más bien con movimientos de precisión, buscando mejorar la estabilidad y la conexión con cada posición. Al no ser una sesión tan intensa, aún me quedaba energía por gastar, así que decidí cerrar con algunos intentos de pino. Today's plank workout was a little lighter, focusing on proprioception and body control. I didn't work on very strenuous exercises, but rather on precision movements, seeking to improve stability and connection with each position. Since it wasn't such an intense session, I still had some energy left, so I decided to close with a few attempts at handstands. It's an element I'm comfortable with, but in this discipline, there's always something to polish, improve, and perfect.
