My Actifit Report Card: September 20 2021

Today I started early

And when I say early I only mean earlier than I use to.

I woke up at 8:30 am and spend some time on my computer. And after some time, at 9:40 I finally dressed up in my sports wear and started to run.

I have a cycle near to the house, 2.2 kms. 1.8 in the forest and the rest on the road in the countryside. With only up and downs no flat ground.

10 days ago I made it once and I was exhausted when finished. The next day I made it twice but slower and finished it in a better shape, and today I made it 3 times, faster and continued with 25 push ups and 50 crunches

You can see in the top my today's run.

My average time per kilometers is lower than last time even if I had a tachycardia crisis during the 3rd kilometer and took a 2 minutes break to make it disappear.

I'm really happy of today's run ! Even if it looks like I've hurt my ankle

Unfortunately after that, while I wanted to work, I slept all the afternoon, at least 4 hours.

The last thing I made today is to write a complete step by step guide on how to DeFi with BCH
