My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2021
Yesterday I woke up tired.
That wasn't a pleasant feeling, I woke up late and worked from 10 to 12 being tired. At least I was efficient !
But for noon, when I wanted to cook, I realized I had no idea about what to eat. And I remembered of a video a friend sent to me few weeks ago.
I watched this video again, and as that was looking pretty easy, I just checked was was in the kitchen and what wasissing.
I needed Garlic and parsley. There is a store with local greens next to the apartment so I put my shoes and ran to the store, bought what I needed and came back running to.
When back home I realized that my ankle seems to be still sprained 😕 I'll probably need to rest more time before running, that would be a great idea 😅
After that I started to cook. My knife was too little, really hard to chop the parsley and there was not enough of it. Instead of the plane pastas I was having thin noodles and I put too much, I cooked the garlic too long, it was like crisps. Oh, and I forgot the lemon juice I put it after directly in my plate.
But when I tasted it, it was really great ! Not exactly looking like the video :
I don't have a picture of mine, I forgot 😢
But my plate was still pretty nicer than when I usually cook ☺️
I'll remember for next time, better pastas, a good knife, more parsley and don't burn the garlic, and do 't forget to take photos to make a proper #Foodie post !!
