The day started pretty great. I worked on some editing. Ate some pastas and went to work. While one day before I had no real problem with my back, this time I felt it all along the work. Being more and more painful over the hours.
When the work was done, I made like 20 minutes of stretching in front of "Mr Robot" and that was a little better.
I really walked a lot this time at work, even had some times to walk z little fast, but nothing more that could be called actual sport.
