My Actifit Report Card: June 9 2022
Today have been special for me. I don't really know why but I've been unable to wake up early. And as I wanted to go out for a run, I was more and more discouraged each hour passing.
When I finally managed to wake up, at something like 10 in the morning. I tried to tidy up the apartment because I'll be gone for the weekend and I want to come back and have something not too dirty :')
I made it while watching at "The book of Boba Fett* which is "ok".
I ate some leftovers from yesterday, mostly some rice. And while eating it I was only thinking that I needed those carbs if I wanted to run.
So ! After some more time, I changed my clothes and decided to take a new path for the run. While usually I run a a park with a lot of ups and down and made maximum 8km and most of time 6, I decided to take a more flat path and, surprisingly, I've been able to do a little more.
And after that I was in a better shape than the previous times !!
I'm happy because I was feeling worried for next week. In the next week's Sunday I'll have a "race" (more like a quarter marathon) of 10 km and I was thinking I couldn't make it but finally I think I'll be able to ! And for next week's I'll take the same way than today, way more pleasant !
