My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2020

Guten Abend Steemians, HivePeople und Actifitter,

Der erste Arbeitstag nach dem Urlaub war genau wie man es sich vorstellt. Die Arbeit die man vor 3 Wochen an die Kollegen weitergegeben hat, war noch immer da. Selbst gewöhnliche Kleinigkeiten wie das postalische versenden von Unterlagen wurde mir überlassen. Ich stelle mir die Frage, was so in den 3 Wochen in meiner Abwesenheit im büro passiert ist.

Die Kühlung im Büro, die im Herbst letzten Jahres, kaputt gegangen ist, ist immer noch nicht repariert. Zumindest hat der Chef ein mobiles klimagerät in das Büro gestellt. Da das Gerät aber nur eine Kühlleistung von 2 kW hat, ist es gerade im Stande dazu, dass die Temperatur nicht so schnell ansteigt. Bis zum Büroschluss stieg die Temperatur auf 28,5°C an.

Dank einiger zu erledigender Besorgungen (Brötchen holen, Post wegbringen, etc.), welche ich zu Fuß erledigt habe, komme ich immerhin auf die untere Grenze von 5.000 Schritten.

Für größere Anstrengungen war das Wetter heute auch wieder zu heiß. Besserung soll es erst zum Wochenende geben.

Since the device only has a cooling capacity of 2 kW, it is just able to prevent the temperature from rising so quickly. By the time the office closed, the temperature rose to 28.5 ° C.

Thanks to a few walks to get bread or mail, I managed at least 5,000 steps.

The weather was again too hot for greater exertion today.
