My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2022

Hallo Hivians,

Gestern habe ich keinen Actifit-Post mehr gemacht. Zu tief saß der Stachel der Pokalniederlage in Hamburg beim FC St. Pauli.

Da macht es das auch nicht besser, wenn mir das jeder im Büro auch noch mitteilen muss. Anzumerken wäre hierzu noch, das ausnahmslos keiner auch nur den Hauch einer Ahnung von Fußball hat.

Egal, in diesem Beitrag geht es ja um Actifit.

Gestern waren wir wieder eine schöne Strecke (ca. 9,5 Kilometer) laufen, da kann ich die Schtitte ja noch heute in der Blockchain verewigen.

Heute ging es dann wieder zum Crossfit. Das heutige Workout (15 Minuten) bestand aus

  • 27 / 21 / 15 (Wiederholungen) Backsquats und
  • 27 / 21 / 15 (Wiederholungen) Dumbbell Strict-Press

Zum Aufwärmen gab es verschiedene Übungen (Push-Ups, Air-Squats, Handstand-Hold, etc) und außerdem noch eine 10-minütige Testphase für einen Heavy-Front-Squat.

Ich habe alles gut durchgemacht und weiß jetzt schon wie sich meine Oberschenkel morgen früh anfühlen. Autsch!

Today's workout (15 minutes) consisted of

  • 27 / 21 / 15 (reps) Dumbbell Strict-Press.

The warm-up included a variety of exercises (push-ups, air squats, handstand hold, etc) and also a 10 minute test period for a heavy front squat.

I did well through all the exercises and already know how my thighs will feel in the morning. Ouch!
