My Actifit Report Card: August 27 2022
Hallo!
Ich habe schon länger keinen Actifitbeitrag mehr gemacht und da wollte ich heute mal wieder ein Lebenszeichen senden.
Also mache ich heute mal einen kleinen Wochenrückblick auf geleistetes:
Montag:
Crossfit-Workout mit reichlich Frontsquats.
Dienstag:
Nordic-Walking-Runde 90 Minuten und ungefähr 9 Kilometer
Mittwoch:
Ruhetag
Donnerstag:
Crossfit-Workout mit 5 Runden von je 20 Box-Jumps, 16 Kettle-Bell-Lunges und 12 Jumping-Pull-Ups
(Das Timecap lag bei 18 Minuten und ich habe es 10 Sekunden vorher geschafft)
Freitag:
Ruhetag
Samstag:
Reichlich Gartenarbeit - Der Kartoffelturm ist demnächst auch fällig. Ich bin schon gespannt wie die Ernte hier ausfällt.
Nach dem Montags-Workout hatte ich ordentlich Muskelkater in den Oberschenkeln und nach dem Workout am Donnerstag ist der Kater in den Ar.... gewandert.
Morgen früh wollte ich noch eine Runde joggen gehen und für Nachmittags ist eine kleine Radtour geplant.
