My Actifit Report Card: August 29 2022

Hallo!
Zum Wochenstart gibt es heute wieder, aus gegebenem Anlass, einen Actifit-Beitrag von mir.

Der Schrittzähler zeigt heute nicht viele Schritte, aber nach Feierabend ging es wieder zum Crossfit.

Das heutige Workout bestand aus:

  • 30 Hang Power Cleans - 35 kg
  • 40 Deadlifts - 35 kg
  • 500m Rudern

Das ganze Workout hört sich nicht schwer an, aber es musste im Sprint durchgeführt werden. Das heißt volle Power von Anfang bis Ende. Nach ungefähr 5 Minuten war das Workout durch und ich ziemlich ausser Atem.

Danach gab es noch ein zweiten Teil. In 10 Runden zu je 30 Sekunden mussten jeweils 2 Power Cleans (45 kg) gemacht werden.

Ein paar andere machen gerade eine Challenge: 30 Tage lang jeden Tag 100 Burpees. Ich mach gerade eine 30 Tage Push-Up-Challenge an deren Ende 50 Push-Ups stehen. Ich habe meine Zweifel, daß ich das schaffe: Allerdings bin ich heute schon bei Tag 10.

Tag 1: 2 - 2 - 4 - 4 Wiederholungen

Tag 2: 3 - 3 - 6 - 6 Wiederholungen

Tag 3: 4 - 6 - 8 - 6 Wiederholungen

Tag 4: 8 - 6 - 4 - 6 Wiederholungen

Tag 5: 10 - 8 - 6 - 4 Wiederholungen

Tag 6: 5 - 5 - 2 - 4 Wiederholungen

Tag 7: 2 - 2 - 4 - 2 Wiederholungen

Tag 8: 6 - 8 - 10 - 2 Wiederholungen

Tag 9: 8 - 12 - 10 - 8 Wiederholungen

Tag 10: 4 - 8 - 4 - 8 Wiederholungen

Heute bin ich bei Tag 10 angekommen. Mal sehen, wie weit ich komme.
