My Actifit Report Card: September 13 2022

Hallo!

Es gibt mal wieder einen kleinen Actifitbeitrag von mir. Eigentlich wollte ich gestern schon einen schreiben, allerdings bin ich nach dem gestrigen Crossfit-Workout ziemlich schnell auf der Couch eingeschlafen und hatte es nicht mehr geschafft einen Beitrag zu verfassen.
Das Workout gestern hatte den Namen "Helen" und war ein Benchmark-Workout.

Das Workout besteht aus 3 Runden von je

400 m Laufen
21 Kettle-Bell-Swings (American)
12 Pull-Ups

Ich habe das Workout in 11 Minuten und 45 Sekunden beendet, wobei ich bei den Pull-Ups nur Jumping-Pull-Ups gemacht habe. Beim Laufen sollte man die 400m in weniger als 2 Minuten schaffen. In den ersten 2 Runden habe ich das auch geschafft, aber in der letzten Runde war ich deutlich drüber.

Diese Workouts (Helen, Fran, Cindy, Chad, etc.) kehren in Abständen immer mal wieder und an den Ergebnissen kann man dann seinen Fortschritt erkennen.

Heute war ich dann mal wieder mit den Nordic-Walking-Stöcken unterwegs und konnte so einige Schritre sammeln.
