Hallo liebe Hivians!

Eigentlich wollte ich bereits seit Anfang März meine Samstagsläufe von 10km auf 12km steigern.

Durch andere Termine und "Wetterkapriolen" bin ich jedoch bislang noch nicht dazu gekommen.

Doch heute stimmten Zeig und Wetter und ich bin die 12km gelaufen. Auch die vorgenommene Zeit (zwischen 6.00 und 6.30 Minuten pro Kilometer) gabe ich gut eingehalten. Den letzten Kilometer konnte ich sogar noch etwas zulegen und bin diesen unter 6 Minuten gelaufen.

Bis zum Halbmarathon habe ich noch ein paar Monate Zeit.

I’ve actually been planning to increase my Saturday runs from 10 km to 12 km since early March.

However, due to other commitments and “unpredictable weather,” I haven’t been able to do so yet.

But today, the timing and weather were right, and I ran the 12 km. I also managed to stick to my target pace (between 6:00 and 6:30 minutes per kilometer) pretty well. I was even able to pick up the pace a bit on the last kilometer and ran it in under 6 minutes.

I still have a few months until the half marathon.
