Hola amigos de hive, hoy estaremos realizando 5 ejercicios fundamentales para fortalecer nuestros Aductores por su parte , fortalecer los abductores de manera específica, ayuda a reducir lesiones, incrementa la eficacia del trabajo atlético en los deportistas y mejora las capacidades físicas así como el bienestar general en la vida diaria
Hello friends of hive, today we will be performing 5 fundamental exercises to strengthen our Adductors for its part , strengthen the abductors in a specific way, helps reduce injuries, increases the effectiveness of athletic work in athletes and improves physical abilities as well as general well-being in daily life.
Los Músculos no trabajan de forma aislada por lo que la debilidad en estos músculos hace que otras tengan que trabajar Más para compensar. En los casos más severos , provoca un aumento de fatiga interna de la piernas
Muscles do not work in isolation so weakness in these muscles causes others to work harder to compensate. In the most severe cases, it causes increased internal leg fatigue.
