My Actifit Report Card: May 29 2026

Today is a beautiful Friday and the third day of Eid al-Adha. Today, on the first and second Eids, I could not walk much because it was Eid and it becomes difficult to leave the house early in the morning due to Eid, but today is the third day of Eid and the blessed day of Friday. Today I made a program that I will definitely walk after offering the Asr prayer, so today I left the house at about 5:35 pm and while walking in this way, I reached my destination and I walked more than 10,000 steps. This target of 10,000 steps is a very good target and I believe that anyone who walks at least 10,000 steps daily will definitely be protected from many diseases and his cholesterol and triglycerides will also remain normal. Because I have an issue with the Play Store and Triglyceride Right, I hope that by walking 10,000 steps like this, my triglycerides and cholesterol will remain normal. So this is my 10,000 step activity report for today and I would also say that you should definitely take a walk too.

Walking keeps the human body active and prevents it from becoming lazy. In this way, when I walk at least 10,000 steps a day, I feel relaxed and the digestion of whatever I eat also improves. Because when you eat to your full stomach every day, unless you exercise or walk, your body will accumulate fat in large quantities, and when fat increases, cholesterol also increases. In this way, walking protects you from many physical diseases.
