Hello friends, today I come to talk about Luka Dončić.
Hola amigos, hoy les vengo a conversar acerca de Luka Dončić.
Luka is a Slovenian professional basketball player. with such only 23 years he has managed to become a great reference for his franchise as for the NBA. breaking records and leaving us in shock with their great game both individually and collectively. He currently plays for the Dallas Mavericks of the NBA.
Luka es un jugador de baloncesto profesional de nacionalidad Eslovena. con tal solo 23 años se ha logrado convertir en un gran referente para su franquicia como para la NBA. batiendo records y dejandonos en shock con su gran juego tanto individual como colectivo. Actualmente juega para la plantilla de Dallas Mavericks de la NBA.
He began his training stage in 2010 where he would play in the lower categories of KK unión olimpija, currently known as Petrol Olimpija. After 2 years and arousing the interest of several clubs he would enter the quarry of Real Madrid Baloncesto, where he would sign a contract until he reached his majority. In just his first season as a Madrid player, would get proclaimed as MVP of 3 major tournaments, one thing that aroused the interest of this young man was that he would have achieved one of those three being 2 years younger than his rivals. In the following season (2013-2014) he won several titles for his team, where he would again be nominated as MVP of at least 2 tournaments and that in the same way as last season, he would get one being 2 years younger than his opponents.
Inicio su etapa de formación en el 2010 donde jugaría en las categorías inferiores del KK unión olimpija, actualmente conocido como Petrol Olimpija. Luego de 2 años y de despertar el interés de varios clubes entraría en la cantera del Real Madrid Baloncesto, en donde firmaría un contrato hasta alcanzar su mayoría de edad. En tan solo su primera temporada como jugador del Madrid conseguiría proclamarse como MVP de 3 importantes torneos, una cosa que despertó el interés de este joven fue que habría logrado uno de esos tres siendo 2 años menor que sus rivales. En la siguiente temporada (2013-2014) obtuvo varios títulos para su equipo, donde otra vez sería nominado como MVP de al menos 2 torneos y que de igual manera que la temporada pasada, conseguiría uno siendo 2 años menor que sus adversarios.

En el año 2015 luego de haberse creado un nombre dentro y fuera del club llegaría Abril del 2015 día en el cual debutaría con el primer equipo del Real Madrid, se enfrentaría al Málaga, Su primera canasta fue un triple y lo consiguió con la primera pelota que toco, también se convertiría en el jugador mas joven en debutar en la historia del Real Madrid en la liga. En la campaña siguiente (15-16) se incorporaría oficialmente a la plantilla del primer equipo del Real Madrid, luego de la incorporación debuto en la Euroliga. En el año siguiente jugo el NBA global Games, donde se enfrentaría a Oklahoma Thunder. Continuo haciendo historia en las campañas siguientes, tanto así que las personas pensaron que lo escogerían como uno de los elegidos para la primera ronda del Draft de la NBA del 2018. Fue hasta Junio del 2018 cuando Luka sería elegido como numero 3 del Draft de la NBA por los Atlanta Hawks, estos mismos traspasarían inmediatamente a Luka a la franquicia de Dallas Mavericks a cambio del elegido numero 5 del draft de ese mismo año Trae Young.

In his first season (2018-2019) he managed to consecrate himself as "Rookie of the Year" with this achievement he would become the first player of Slovenian nationality and the second European to achieve this achievement. In the following season (2019-2020) he would be in charge of leaving his name embodied in the history of the NBA beating and matching records of players such as Lebron James, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Oscar Robertson, among others. He would get to participate in his first NBA All Star Game. During the season (2020-2021). Thanks to his excellent performance he was already named by several newspapers and people as favorite to win the MVP, an achievement that he would lose very narrowly to Nikola Jokić.
Firmaría su primer contrato con los Dallas Mavericks en Julio de 2018. En su primera temporada (2018-2019) logra consagrarse como “Novato del Año” con este logro se convertiría en el primer jugador de nacionalidad eslovena y el segundo europeo en conseguir este logro. En la siguiente temporada (2019-2020) se encargaría de dejar su nombre plasmado en la historia de la NBA batiendo e igualando records de jugadores como Lebron James, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordan, Oscar Robertson, entre otros. Conseguiría participar en su primer All Star Game de la NBA. Durante la temporada (2020-2021). Gracias a su excelente rendimiento ya era nombrado por varios diarios y personas como favorito para ganar el MVP, logro que perdería por muy poco ante Nikola Jokić.
In the current season (2021-2022) he would achieve for the third consecutive year and third time to play the NBA All Star Game. In February he continued with his excellent performance, so much so that he took the award of best player of the month, after qualifying for the playoffs he would miss the first 3 games vs Utah Jazz returning with an excellent performance scoring 30 + points in 5 of his last 6 games played since he returned. However of their excellent performance they have lost their last 2 games making fans question the team as they think Luka is playing "alone" in these Mavericks. Let's hope that Dallas Mavericks react in the series vs Phoenix Suns and Luka continues to give us the show that has us accustomed.
En la vigente temporada (2021-2022) Lograría por tercer año consecutivo y tercera vez para el jugar el All Star Game de la NBA. En febrero siguió con su excelente rendimiento, tanto así que se llevo el galardón de mejor jugador del mes, luego de clasificarse a los playoff se perdería los primeros 3 partidos vs Utah Jazz volviendo con un excelente rendimiento marcando 30+ puntos en 5 de sus 6 últimos partidos jugados desde qué volvió. Sin embargo de su excelente rendimiento han perdido sus últimos 2 partidos haciendo que los fans cuestionen al equipo ya que piensan que Luka esta jugando “solo” en estos Mavericks. Esperemos que Dallas Mavericks reaccione en la serie vs Phoenix Suns y Luka nos siga dando el espectáculo que nos tiene acostumbrados.
