My Actifit Report Card: January 15 2020

Dia de trabajo intenso en la oficina, estamos en un mes complicado en el que se nota el regreso de la gente de vacaciones. Todo se requiere con mucha prisa y poca paciencia.

En cuanto a lo deportivo, ya llevamos 2 semanas de trabajo tras el parón navideño y tenemos esta semana la visita de un rival directo, por lo que será un partido muy importante.

En el entrenamiento de hoy dejaremos la estrategia preparada para el fin de semana, la clave estará en parar a su jugador estrella y nostoros jugar un buen partido en recepción y defensa.

A day of intense work in the office, we are in a complicated month in which people return from vacation. Everything is required with much haste and little patience.

As for the sports, we have already been working for 2 weeks after the Christmas break and we have this week the visit of a direct rival, so it will be a very important match.
