My Actifit Report Card: July 14 2019

今天继续打卡Actifit，昨天5000多步，今天打算突破10000大关，晚饭后出去溜了一圈，边散步边背诵经典，感觉非常不错。回来一看9千多步了，哈哈，继续蹦跶蹦跶就1万多了，打完收功，明天继续。Actifit不错，既锻炼了身体，还可以发帖撸币，👍。
