The 3rd and last Match of the New Zealand tour of India, 2021 series played yesterday at Eden Gardens, Kolkata in which India won the match by a big margin of 73 runs to clean-sweep the series by 3-0.
India batted first after winning the toss, started the inning very brilliantly, Rohit Sharma and Ishan Kishan came to start the inning and gave billiant start with a half-century partnership of 69 runs for the first wicket, the first wicket has gone for 69 runs in second ball of the 7th over, Ishan Kishan dismissed after scoring 29 runs in 21 balls, next batsman Suryakumar Yadav came to bat and he dimissed without scoring as second wicket in last ball of the 7th over, the team score was 71 runs, next batsman Rishabh Pant came to bat, and he also dismissed just for 4 runs in 6 balls as third wicket in last ball of the 9th over, the team score was 83 runs, follwed by Shreyas Iyer came to bat and played well with Rohit Sharma, the fourth wicket has gone for 103 runs in second ball of the 12th over, Rohit Sharma has dismidded after playing a billiant half-century inning of 56 runs with the help of 3 sixes and 5 boundaries in just 31 balls, next batsman Venkatesh Iyer came to bat and played well with Shreyas Iyer, the fifth wicket has gone for 139 runs in 15.5 over, Venkatesh Iyer dismissed after scoring 20 runs in 15 balls, next batsman Axar Patel came to bat, meanwhile the sixth wicket has also gone for 140 runs in first ball of the 17th over, Shreyas Iyer dismissed after scoring 25 runs in 20 balls, follwed by Harshal Patel came to bat, and handled the inning with Axer Patel, the seventh wicket has gone for 162 runs in third ball of the 19th over, Harshal Patel dismissed after playing a brilliant quick inning of 18 runs with the help of 1 six and 2 boundaries in just 11 balls, after that Deepak Chahar came to bat, and he fnished the inning very brilliantly with, Axer Patel, Deepak Chahar played a brilliant unbeten quick inning of 21 runs with the help of 1 six and 2 boundaries is just 8 balls, and Axer Patel also remains unbeten for 2 runs in 4 balls. In this way, India batted first after winning the toss, scored 184 runs after losing 7 wickets in the prescribed 20 over, and set a target of 185 runs for New Zealand.
