The 22nd Match of the Indian Premier League 2022 was played yesterday bitween Chennai Super Kings and Royal Challengers Bangalore at Dr DY Patil Sports Academy, Mumbai, in which, Chennai Super Kings beats Royal Challengers Bangalore by 23 runs.

Royal Challengers Bangalore won the toss and invited Chennai Super Kings to bat first, Chennai Super Kings batted first started the inning very well, Ruturaj Gaikwad and Robin Uthappa came to start the inning, the first wicket has gone for 19 runs in 3.4 over, Ruturaj Gaikwad dismissed after scoring 17 runs in 16 balls, next batsman Moeen Ali came to bat, and he dismissed just for 3 runs as second wicket in 6.4 over, the team score was 36 runs, followed by Shivam Dube came to bat handled the inning and played a very brilliant century and a half-century partnership of 165 runs with Robin Uthappa for the third wicket, the third wicket has gone for 201 runs in 18.5 over, Robin Uthappa dismissed after playing a very brilliant half-century inning of 88 runs with the help of 9 sixes and 4 boundaries in just 50 balls, next batsman Ravindra Jadeja came to bat, and he dismissed without scoring as fourth wicket in last ball of the 19th over, the team score was 201 runs, next batsman MS Dhoni came to bat, and he remains unbeaten without playing a ball with Shivam Dube, and Shivam Dube played a very brilliant unbeaten quick half-century inning of 95 runs with the help of 8 sixes and 5 boundaries in just 46 balls. In this way, Chennai Super Kings batted first after losing the toss scored 216 runs for losing just 4 wickets in stipulated 20 overs, and set a target of 217 runs for Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Royal Challengers Bangalore's bowlers Wanindu Hasaranga took 2 wickets, and Josh Hazlewood got 1 wicket.

In this way, Royal Challengers Bangalore could manage just 193 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the stipulated 20 overs and lost the match by 23 runs.

Chennai Super Kings' bowler Maheesh Theekshana performed very brilliant bowling took 4 wickets just for 33 runs, Ravindra Jadeja took 3 wickets for 39 runs, Dwayne Bravo and Mukesh Choudhary got 1-1 wicket.
