The 3rd Warm-up game of the ICC Cricket World Cup Warm-up Matches 2023 was played yesterday between New Zealand vs Pakistan at Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium, Hyderabad. In which New Zealand defeated Pakistan by 5 wickets.

TOSS: Pakistan won the toss and opted to bat.

Pakistan Innings: Pakistan batted first after winning the toss, and started the inning not very well, Abdullah Shafique and Imam-ul-Haq came to start the inning, the first wicket has dismissed just for 6 runs in 2.4 overs, Imam-ul-Haq dismissed just for 1 run in 10 balls, next batsman Babar Azam came to bat and handled the inning with Abdullah Shafique, the second wicket has dismissed for 46 runs in 11.2 over, Abdullah Shafique dismissed for 14 runs in 25 balls, followed by Mohammad Rizwan came to bat handled the inning and played a very brilliant century partnership of 114 runs with Babar Azam, the third wicket has dismissed for 160 runs in 29.4 over, Babar Azam dismissed after playing a very brilliant half-century inning of 80 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 8 boundaries in 84 balls, next batsman Saud Shakeel came to bat handled the inning and played a very brilliant a century and a half-century partnership of 159 runs with Mohammad Rizawan, the fourth wicket has dismissed for 319 runs in 47.3 over, Saud Shakeel dismissed after playing a brilliant half-century inning of 75 runs with the help of 4 sixes and 5 boundaires in just 53 balls, next batsman Agha Salman came to bat and he played well with Mohammad Rizawan, after few moments Mohammad Rizwan was retd hurt after playing a very brilliant century inning of 103 runs with the help of 2 sixes and 9 boundaires in just 94 balls, next batsman Shadab Khan came to bat and he played well with Agha Salman, the fifth wicket has dismissed for 338 runs in third ball of the final over, Shadab Khan dismissed for 16 runs in 11 balls, followed by Iftikhar Ahmed came to bat and he was remains unbeaten for 7 runs in 3 balls with Agha Salman, and Agha Salman played an unbeaten inning of 33 runs with the help of 1 six and 3 boundaries in just 23 balls. In this way, Pakistan scored 345 runs for losing just 5 wickets in the stipulated 50 overs and set a target of 346 runs for New Zealand.

New Zealand bowlers- Mitchell Santner took 2 wickets for 39 runs in 8 overs, Mitchell Santner 1 wicket for 34 runs in 4 overs, Matt Henry 1 wicket for 8 runs in 3 overs, James Neesham 1 wicket for 59 runs in 7 overs, Glenn Phillips was wicketless for 50 runs in 7 overs, Rachin Ravindra wicketless for 60 runs in 8 overs, Ish Sodhi wicketless for 37 runs in 6 overs, and Daryl Mitchell also wicketless for 57 runs in 7 overs.
