My Actifit Report Card: February 19 2020
Today I visited my farm house ,played with my daughter and son ,visited my mother, go to next small near my village for shopping of meat surf internet ,used @esteemapp and steemit.com not much activities today but still not bad ,I feel healthy and fit ,I am motivated to keep using @actifit to monitor and record my daily activities and movements because in today's digital world we spend most of over time on social media ,watching TV and we become lazy day by day to meet relatives and friends and move around, many peace not doing exercise daily it's not healthy for us
@Actifit is nice app which helps anyone to keep records of his daily activities and get some rewards if he moves or don more activities to keep himself fit and healthy and post it on steemit
