We Are Alive And Thriving Living Healthy Everyday - My Actifit Report Card: July 12 2022

Good evening Hivians and Actifiers.

I am ever grateful to be alive and thrive physically, medically and otherwise. We had a fulfiled day and a favourable weather condition.

In the afternoon, I took my son to the dentist to check his ailing tooth which has been giving him sleepless nights. After checkup, the doctor advised that he immediately be placed under anaesthesia for a minor Tooth Extraction surgery. The surgery went well and we returned home sooner than expected.

This evening I accomplished my leg walk within the house, staircase and on the decking.

Words Of Advice To Remain Healthy Happy And Fit Each Day.

Though health crisis is beyond anyone's prediction or control, I believe we can apply preventive measure that encourages healthy living for ourselves and our family. When one is faced with medical challenges, it is difficult to be focused on social, family and business life. I've been there, so this insight is from personal experience.

Over a decade ago when I had a medical crisis. After spending so much money in several hospitals to no avail, I said to myself, you can still live, you can beat this devil hands down. I had to apply my God-given intellect and the one I gained from my mentors in the direct sales
and dietary supplement industry and they worked perfectly for me.

Whether you are healthy or already having medical concerns, it is important to make your health a priority so that you will be able to live a long, happy, and fruitful life. While it may seem like a lot of work to achieve this, the benefits are more than worth it.

So What Are Some Of Those Things You Have To Do To Enjoy Sound Health?

1. Lifestyle Change
The body shape experience inevitable changes and the bones shrink in size with age advancement. With this, you have to change your lifestyle to fit the new age. You also need to be mindful of the type of food you eat, especially if you are between the age of 38 and 40. I will advise that you eat less meat and fatty food, and increase your intake of fruits, veggies; whole grains, nuts and spices that contain antioxidants.

2. Dietary Supplement Addition
I have been a staunch promoter of nutritional supplements due to my past affiliation with several companies and my personal experience. Supplements help the body recover faster, and they are a good source of strength for the immune system. But make sure you get them from renowned companies. I mean companies with a track record of quality products. The ones that work best for me are products backed by science from 4Life Research USA llc.

3. Exercise
Exercise provides numerous benefits for your health, mind, and body, it helps improve your overall well-being. This shouldn't be an option if you want to stay fit. I was overweight in 2017, this became an issue of concern, even the gym/sports centre rejected me after checking my medical record. This inspired me to embark on a personal exercise programme. After 2 years of a consistent approach, I noticed a great health improvement.

4. Meal timing.
Many people ignore this fact. The situation is worst in Africa, many people don't believe that eating late or not keeping to the right meal schedule harms the body. Except for fasting, you cannot maintain a healthy lifestyle when you eat breakfast at 9, 10 or 11 AM. Fuel your body early enough so that it can perform the right function for the day.

5. Don't Deny Your Body The Opportunity To Rest
Getting enough sleep is also essential for good health, and can help improve your mood, memory, and physical performance. So make your health a priority today, you'll be glad you did!
