News, Comedy and Music!

It all started out with a cloudy county drive as it is that time of week again. Newspaper delivery day which usually nets me well over 10k city steps. This will be a quick one for my quest to get into the top 400 @actifit leaderboard. Most of the news delivery steps will happen today as yesterday had a neat agenda item take up most of the day.

It was a bit of a promo/press day as a national treasure stopped in for a visit. See, we are promoting a comedy show later this year and Canadian comedy icon Ron James visited the city to sign a few autographs and visit some of the show sponsors. So much fun and a special treat.

Before hitting dogwars to cap off the day, we attended a school concert for my not so little one. The high school music program has been a 5 year rollercoaster for her and this was the second last concert they will be playing together. Pretty special for them and I am sure I was among many proud parents.

Off to most likely get in another 10k so stay tuned later on!
