My Day In Photos

It was yet another rainy day in Akwa Ibom State, Uyo.
I know I have been singing this for some time now. Yes I love the rainy season it's my best season ever and I can't trade it for any other.
Today went well. It was sunny in the morning and afternoon. The heat was getting unbearable, one of my coworkers said it will be raining later in the evening.
I doubted him though, seeing the hot sun and how crystal clear and shiny the sky was.

But to our greatest surprise, when we stepped out of our office later that evening to grab some snacks since we were not leaving anytime soon, we noticed the changes in the sky.
Trust me, I don't miss taking my shots, my phone is always with me in case I wanna capture anything, even a flying insect hahaha.

I captured the moment of course. We trekked to where we wanted to get our snacks. As we were returning, I decided to capture the dark and pregnant sky.

We stopped by this supermarket to grab some drinks and bottled water.
It's called central supermarket and you can imagine what it means with such a name.
We got the things we wanted and we left the supermarket

On our way coming back, one of my colleagues decided to ask for a sneaker of her interest. She checked but didn't see any that was a right fit for her so we had to go back to the office.

On getting to the office, the rain started pouring heavily with lighting and thunder. We were scared because of the thunderous noises and lighting. How much I hate it.😔
Thank God it didn't ruin anything in the office for us and after a while, the rain stopped and we all departed to our different destinations.
I had a great day today, thanks to God.
And I am looking forward to a new day.
