Jogging or running is a popular form of physical activity. Regular running or jogging offers many health benefits so am going to say you all that how I spend my whole day today and how active I was. I started my day with walk after that got ready for my works and went at my work place. Today it was really stressful day today there was lot's of work so didn't get to rest a little I was really tired.
in between I got little free time while lunch break I just tried to do some batter in splinterlands game but didn't do much batter after that again get back to work.
so this is my today sedule how I spent my day and how active I was and how I did my activity hope I had done batter here's my actifit count
and really I love this actifit coz it remains me to be active and do excercise it help to build strong bones, as it is a weight bearing exercise
