Most often, when asked about our faith, the first response will be to reply with our religious affiliation, which is technically correct, but faith is much more than religious affiliations. Let's explore more on what #faith is, welcome to my #Actifit Sunday series.
Faith
Faith is is the following:
- It is that strongly held belief that you are convinced is true.
- Faith is based on real evidence that is used to support whatever we believe.
- Faith is not gullible, it asks questions.
- Faith may come in different sizes, some as small as mustard grains while some as large as mountains.
- Faith can be expressed to anything and not just a supreme deity.
- Faith is your possession, no one can build it for you or understand how much you have it.
- Humans are beings of faith.
Based on the foregoing, what is your take on faith? Don't you think you need to reevaluate what you express faith in and check for evidence to support your faith?
Faith guides us and we may be expressly aware of this, but most often, we need to probe our inner self to question our faith!
How did my Sunday Went
It was basically a day for me to express faith, spend time with some loved once and marvel at nature.

The unusual part of a plant.
It wasn't a bad day in anyway. Was fairly missed with fun and more fun. And I managed to report a fair level of activity.
