It's a new day and I set up for work after my usual morning spiritual routine.

The activity counter starts

So, quick to the kitchen for breakfast, then brushed up my teeth.

I recently treated myself with a new shirt, so had to get it ironed. So, had to turn on the power generator, of course, I'm a Nigerian, we are self sufficient!
Had my outfit for the day well ironed, you know, looking good is a good business. Got my backpack loaded, and after a cold bath, I was off to work.

After a brief brisk walk from my apartment, I'm ready to cut my activity short by using a taxi half way on my journey to my workplace.

After spending some quality time on the cab heading to work. I will also have to walked down a great distance. An activity I was pleased to perform as I barely got time to structured physical activities, so I use any available opportunity to increase my activity count which my phone does a good job at reporting.

Just close to the office, my activity was cut short again. A good Samaritan riding to work, a colleague, stopped by and picked me up and dropped me off at the office. I was grateful nonetheless.

Still, being at work today was a whole lot of activity. I work as a content curator and presenter for an education based firm and in just a day, I did 3 video presentations. What a fit!

It was a long and active day overall. And to my pleasant surprise, active I was!
