My Actifit Report Card: October 18 2025

¡Hey! ¿Cómo están, amigos de Actifit? Espero que todos estén muy bien. Yo he estado algo mal de salud, chicos, esto ha afectado a muchas cosas que solía hacer, desde mis entrenamientos hasta mi asistencia en la universidad, debido a que tenía muy presente neumonía y faringitis al mismo tiempo. A día de hoy ya estoy mucho mejor, comparado a otros días en los cual no podía salir porque me cansaba muy rápido. Hoy, chicos, fui a salir a uno de los centros comerciales a presenciar una de las competencias de calistenia que suele hacerse una vez al año.
Hey! How are you, Actifit friends? I hope you are all doing well. I have been in poor health, which has affected many things I used to do, from my workouts to my attendance at university, because I had pneumonia and pharyngitis at the same time. Today I'm much better, compared to other days when I couldn't go out because I got tired very quickly. Today, guys, I went to one of the shopping centres to watch one of the calisthenics competitions that usually takes place once a year.

Yo tenía esperanza de salir un rato de mi casa, he estado aproximadamente 2 semanas sin poder salir debido al reposo. No podía agitarme para tener una buena recuperación. Dejando que mi cuerpo descansara lo máximo posible para qué logrará vencer esta situación que estaba atravesando. Hoy por fin tuve la oportunidad de salir, no estuve solo, estuve junto a mi amigo @abrahamjsr acompañándome en este evento. Además de pasear un rato, que era lo que más necesitaba, salir de mi casa.
I was hoping to get out of the house for a while. I had been unable to leave for about two weeks because I had to rest. I couldn't get too excited so that I could recover properly. I let my body rest as much as possible so that I could overcome the situation I was going through. Today, I finally had the opportunity to go out. I wasn't alone; my friend @abrahamjsr accompanied me to this event. In addition to taking a walk, which was what I needed most, I was able to get out of the house.

Estuve muy satisfecho al ver todo mi avance, saber que estoy saliendo de la neumonía es un alivio. Por otro lado, antes de irme tenía que hacer unas compras que me mandó a hacer mi mamá. Sin duda alguna las hice, ya que tenía algo de hambre. Pasé por el supermercado a comprar semillas junto a otros productos.
I was very pleased to see all my progress; knowing that I am recovering from pneumonia is a relief. On the other hand, before leaving, I had to do some shopping that my mum had asked me to do. Of course, I did it, as I was feeling a bit hungry. I stopped by the supermarket to buy seeds along with some other products.

Fue algo rápido, luego mi compañero Abraham y yo, agarramos el autobús de regreso al terminal para luego irnos caminando a nuestras casas. El día fue muy increíble, la pasé muy bien, después de tantos días sin salir de casa.
It was quick, then my mate Abraham and I caught the bus back to the terminal and then walked home. It was an incredible day, I had a great time, after so many days without leaving the house.
