My Actifit Report Card: November 6 2025

¡Hey! ¿Cómo están, amigos de Actifit? Espero que todos estén muy bien. En el reporte del día de hoy les compartiré un día que fue muy importante para mí, en el cual tenía que presentar una exposición en la materia de Derecho Laboral, incluso me fui arreglado para sacar la máxima nota. Pero ustedes a lo mejor dirán "es una exposición común". Por un lado, el tema que me tocaba exponer era muy sencillo: trataba sobre los derechos que tienen las organizaciones sindicales y las atribuciones de los sindicatos de trabajadores junto con la de los patronos.
Hey! How are you, Actifit friends? I hope you are all doing well. In today's report, I will share with you a day that was very important to me, when I had to give a presentation on labour law. I even managed to get the highest mark. But you might say, ‘It's just a normal presentation.’ On the one hand, the topic I had to present was very simple: it was about the rights of trade unions and the powers of workers' unions and employers.

El desafío estaba en exponerle al profesor, que es muy estricto comparado a otras materias. Esta materia me ha puesto a estudiar por todos los lados para hacer lo mejor posible en los exámenes escritos, orales o como hoy la exposición. Mi rutina fue parecida a la misma de siempre, con la diferencia de que no tuve que despertarme a las 4 a. m jaja. La exposición era a las 9 am, me daba tiempo para descansar hasta las 5 a. m y hacer mi desayuno de lo más tranquilo.
The challenge was to give a presentation to the professor, who is very strict compared to other subjects. This subject has made me study everywhere to do my best in written and oral exams, or, like today, in presentations. My routine was similar to usual, except that I didn't have to wake up at 4 a.m., haha. The presentation was at 9 a.m., which gave me time to rest until 5 a.m. and have a leisurely breakfast.

A las 6:30 am ya estaba en el terminal de autobuses de mi ciudad, ya iba de camino a San Juan de los Morros a eso de las 7 am. Aproveché y descansé un rato en el bus sin problemas mientras llegaba al pueblo de donde estudio. Mi llegada a la universidad fue a las 8:50 am, el profesor estaba de camino a la universidad, se empezó a arreglar todo para exponer y a las 9:10 am comenzó todo, se tenía planeado, se presentó la exposición y fue todo un éxito.
At 6:30 am, I was already at the bus terminal in my city, and by 7 am, I was on my way to San Juan de los Morros. I took advantage of the opportunity to rest for a while on the bus without any problems as I arrived at the town where I study. I arrived at the university at 8:50 a.m. The professor was on his way to the university, and he began to get everything ready for the presentation. At 9:10 a.m., everything began as planned, the presentation was given, and it was a complete success.

Tuvimos la suerte de que el profesor no haya preguntado tanto a nuestro grupo, debido a que a otros grupos sí les preguntó más de lo normal. Puedo decir que Derecho es una carrera muy bonita y aprender sobre las leyes es algo único ♥️. Para culminar mi día y entrenar piernas, me hice un batido de cambur, oreo, leche y avena jaja.
We were lucky that the professor didn't ask our group so many questions, because he asked other groups more than usual. I can say that law is a very nice degree programme and learning about the law is something unique ♥️. To end my day and train my legs, I made myself a smoothie with banana, Oreos, milk and oats, haha.
