¡Hey, ¿cómo están?, amigos Hivers de la comunidad Full Deportes! Espero que todos estén comenzando la semana con los mejores ánimos. Hoy fue un día dinámico y diferente a lo habitual, pensé que iba a entrenar como cualquier otro día; sin embargo, estaba cansado de la rutina del día de ayer que fue cardio junto con piernas, mi cuerpo no daba para mucho hoy, así que pensé que podía hacer otra disciplina mientras me recuperaba de la fatiga muscular que tengo. Así que le pregunté a los muchachos si íbamos a jugar baloncesto un rato, para disfrutar lo que quedaba de la tarde.
Hey, how are you, fellow Hivers of the Full Deportes community! I hope you are all starting the week in the best of spirits. Today was a dynamic and different day than usual, I thought I was going to train like any other day; however, I was tired from yesterday's routine which was cardio along with legs, my body didn't give for much today, so I thought I could do another discipline while I recovered from the muscle fatigue I have. So I asked the guys if we were going to play basketball for a while, to enjoy what was left of the afternoon.

No quería perder el tiempo libre que tenía sin hacer nada, había pensado en un entrenamiento sencillo, aunque preferí dejar a mi cuerpo descansar de mi deporte principal para empezar a jugar baloncesto 🏀. Esto es un deporte que se salta y hay que controlar muy bien el balón. Antes de empezar a jugar, tenía que ver quién había traído un balón. Porque fue algo que planteé yo para divertirnos un buen rato. No había un equipo definido, era jugar por diversión y el que más punto logrará hacer ganaba.
I didn't want to waste the free time I had without doing anything, so I had thought of a simple training session, although I preferred to let my body rest from my main sport to start playing basketball 🏀. This is a jumping sport and you have to control the ball very well. Before I started playing, I had to see who had brought a ball. Because it was something I set up to have a good time. There wasn't a definite team, it was just playing for fun and whoever managed to score the most points won.

Luego empezó un partido más enfocado de todos contra todos, aquí cada uno empezó a hacer sus mejores saques, las mejores técnicas en el deporte. Por mi parte soy nuevo en esto, así que fácilmente el balón se iba muy rápido de mis manos por la habilidad de los demás jugadores. Admiro mucho a mis compañeros de entrenamiento que tienen habilidad para esto. No todos lograrán dominar este deporte así en tan poco tiempo, sería cuestión de que a la persona le interese y ame mucho el baloncesto.
Then started a more focused match of all against all, here everyone started to make their best serves, the best techniques in the sport. As for me, I'm new at this, so the ball was going out of my hands very quickly because of the skill of the other players. I really admire my training partners who are skilled at this. Not everyone will be able to master this sport in such a short time, it would be a matter of the person's interest and love for basketball.

Siento que algo muy bonito que tiene el baloncesto es el desarrollo que se logra a través de la agilidad, es decir, la rapidez de reflejos, que puede llegar a tener un atleta. Es importante dominar esta área para ser un buen jugador. Aparte de la cantidad de amigos que puedes lograr hacer es único, la cantidad de chicos que practican son muchos. I feel that something very nice about basketball is the development that is achieved through the agility, that is, the quickness of reflexes, that an athlete can have. It is important to master this area to be a good player. Apart from the number of friends you can make is unique, the number of kids who play is huge.
