¡Un cordial saludo a toda la comunidad de Hive y Street Workout! Espero que todos estén muy bien, chicos. Hoy les compartiré una de las mejores fotografías que me han tomado este mes de septiembre. La semana pasada, el día lunes, mi compañero @joscar-sw me mandó un mensaje para tomarme unas fotografías. Más o menos alrededor de las 3 pm el pasado lunes 15 de septiembre, como no tenía ninguna ocupación, con gusto acepté. Durante el día hice todo lo que tenía que hacer para tener ese tiempo libre.

A warm greeting to the entire Hive and Street Workout community! I hope you are all doing well, everyone. Today I will share with you one of the best photographs taken of me this September. Last week, on Monday, my colleague @joscar-sw sent me a message asking to take some photographs of me. At around 3 p.m. on Monday, 15 September, as I had nothing else to do, I gladly accepted. During the day, I did everything I had to do to make sure I had that free time.

Después del mediodía empezó a llover, pensábamos que no se podían tomar las fotografías y se iban a dejar para otro día. Pero al rato el clima se despejó y no había ninguna nube que pudiera traer lluvia.

After midday it started to rain, and we thought we wouldn't be able to take the photographs and would have to leave them for another day. But after a while the weather cleared up and there were no clouds that could bring rain.

El tiempo pasó y decidimos esperar hasta las 3:30 pm para que las barras no estén tan mojadas. Todo salió bien, así que cada uno salió al parque para empezar a tomar las fotografías. El plan era el siguiente: tomar varias fotos de cada elemento de calistenia, es decir, Handstand, Front Lever, Straddle Planche y Swing 360.

Time passed and we decided to wait until 3:30 p.m. so that the bars wouldn't be so wet. Everything went well, so we all went out to the park to start taking pictures. The plan was as follows: take several photos of each calisthenics element, i.e. Handstand, Front Lever, Straddle Planche and Swing 360.

Fue una tarde de risas, porque me comentó que tenía que hacer la parada de manos en las paralelas altas. En lo personal, no tengo mucha confianza en realizarla, por miedo a caerme; sin embargo, respiré e hice lo mejor posible como atleta del Street Workout.

It was an afternoon of laughter, because he told me he had to do a handstand on the high bars. Personally, I don't feel very confident doing it, for fear of falling; however, I took a deep breath and did my best as a Street Workout athlete.

Una lucha mental para perder el miedo, hasta que me di cuenta de que no pasó nada. Luego pasamos a tomar fotos de los otros elementos, puedo decir que he mejorado mucho el front lever. Con respecto a su postura, un estático que he estado entrenando, estas últimas semanas, me siento muy orgulloso. Aún falta por mejorar, pero esto es un paso más.

It was a mental struggle to overcome my fear, until I realised that nothing happened. Then we moved on to taking photos of the other elements. I can say that I have improved a lot with the front lever. As for my posture, a static hold that I have been training for the last few weeks, I feel very proud. There is still room for improvement, but this is another step forward.

La Straddle Planche, solo queda bajarla un poco más y sacar más escápula. La parte más divertida fue el 360. Mi compañero joscar tenía que esperar el momento perfecto antes de yo agarrar la barra. ¡Fue una tarde muy divertida!

The Straddle Planche, you just need to lower it a little more and bring your shoulder blades out further. The most fun part was the 360. My partner Joscar had to wait for the perfect moment before I grabbed the bar. It was a really fun afternoon!
