My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2021

Due to further health issues I could not run for a week.. I rarely had any illnesses or health problems and so I dont know what is going on and how to get better. But this is a terrible state when due to pain or discomfort you cant do what you like. I hope it will be better soom cause running is like addiction, it is difficult to let go off it.
