Second training this week. My muscles are still weak, every joint feels the break. My pace is still slow, I need to make pauses for walks, but I move forward.
Nothing ckmes to us for free, it's all hard work. Regardless of what kind of achievements or successes you're aiming at. It is all hard work and determination. Step by step. But take these small steps every day :)
