Tonight a slightly different activity, still, may I also treat it as a training? 3h dancing at the disco, i think it counts :) well, I was tired and my muscles hurt like after a good workout 😅

Was also a good motivational event. Compete with yourself, be your best number 1, don't compare yourself with other people. Beat your records, be healthier, nicer and happier than before, not than others.
