My Actifit Report Card: March 15 2022

Still nice and sunny outside :)
Didnt really have much of an opportunity to go for a walk etc as I had 5 doctors appointments 😷😅 Spring checkup!
I was worrying a bit after covid but my lungs, blood and veins seem to be in perfect condition! Of you want to know what helped, drop a line.

And as running competition is round the corner, I decided to start personal trainings and my muscles hurt already after a trial session 🤣
