My Actifit Report Card: April 4 2022

I've been ill for the last week, yet again:(this is just terribly frustrating!). Today I couldnt stand it anymore and went for a jog. Slow pace, breaks.. it was nice.. Trail competition in a week and I can barely breathe and jog 8km 😭😭😭
