My Actifit Report Card: November 7 2025
Today was solely for walking no picture,no camera,intense one at that, maximum focus coupled with deep breathing all through,to and fro none stop.
of late I have been shuttling between over 5k and 10k steps respectively...Hurray!!! Today, I did over 14k plus,wow 😲 but it was worth every calories I burnt 🔥. Keeping Fit is good business.
When I came back,I hit the shower and continue my deep breathing for a while slow and steady.I want to use this medium to appreciate once again the ACTIFIT community.Despite my little rewards,the health benefits I am enjoying in less than a week of starting this programme is mind-boggling.Thanks for reading.Yours truly @zusi78
