My Actifit Report Card: November 8 2025

Good morning to my fellow actifit friends, good to interact with the community once again.

Please know this, every step,moves and heartbeat 💓 matters,earn while you keep fit and live better.

Today is day 8 as a newbie,and I paid a visit to a University environment, A University of Petroleum Resources to be precise.

The ambience and serenity was a perfect atmosphere for my work out.

I did several turns, maintaining a steady rhythm at the same time inhaling in and out oxygen at a controlled rate, feeling nature in all entirety.And I did an unbelievable 13k plus round the premises, burning a tremendous amount of calories in the process.
