REFLECTION;My Actifit Report Card: January 26 2026

Today just after leaving home for work.I took an excuse and walk on this path, bathing on the sunrise for a bit of self reflection and examination just to access situation of things so far in this new year.

The the walk was a welcome idea,It enabled me to clear my head and was able to clock 3k steps to and fro.

Later at home 🏠, doing house chores,I added another 3k plus totalling over 6k steps.Actifit Pays! and remember, health is wealth.
