That's how I feel today after a rich business meal. Fattest than ever. In fact I walked some more, but the app didn't ni record approximately 0.6-0.8 kilometers. I think some program halted background processes. (Photo: Paris, Louvre. Egyptian sculpture.)
I think the easiest way to exercise with this app is sitting in the armchair and waving my hands. The points are accumulating fast. But it is ineffective to lose fat and also boring. I should try it with small dumbbells. (How do I fix my phone to my arms, then? Stupid idea.)
The best for me is walking and listening some interesting podcast. Or music, of course. Maybe tomorrow afternoon, again. Bye.
